Live arrival
Live arrival applies when all pickup instructions are followed and delivery is accepted on first attempt at the confirmed destination.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping and contact details
- Be available at delivery or pickup time
- Have enclosure and heating setup ready on arrival
